A Love Nest in Limpopo (19)

Madifako was shaking like a leaf, she hates being cornered and Maggy is not playing fair. She was going to put an end to this whole thing once and for all. As she hung up she notices that she has a new message from Maggy and bloody woman is changing the meeting place to Trevor's place in Ladanna. "Who the hell is this woman? And how does she know so much about Trevor? Feathers will not be ruffled here they will be plucked!" thought Madifako.

She was in full rage because now her instinct was telling her that Maggy was on her case from the very first day she met her and consulted under false pretence. She cooked up a storm to distract herself whilst having wine to calm her nerves. Trevor walked in feeling calmer than when he left. "The house smells divine baby," he said.
"Thank you love...All for you. Would you like a glass of wine?"
"Yes please, and Madifako I want to sincerely apologise for what I put you through especially where Mbali is concerned. I think the universe taught me a harsh lesson here that I am toying with something very precious in you and I would be a fool not to learn this lesson before I lose you. I will never put you through something like this ever again. I am so sorry and please note that I have ended things with Mbali and I am on a clean slate with you. I also know that when you gossip about me to Motlatjo you call me Mr National all that is over. I want to have a clear conscious when it comes to us and we are not going to start our marriage on a foundation full of lies and pain,"

That last sentence jabbed Madifako and she burst into tears thinking about the burden that now rests on her shoulders because she knows Trevor all too well. A confession from her would mean an end to their relationship. Trevor is a Tsonga man they are not too forgiving when it comes to infidelity from a woman. She would be doomed.
Trevor hugged Madifako apologizing over and over thinking that she is crying because of him not knowing that she is crying because of the drama in her life. Madifako calmed down and served dinner and they had what seemed like a normal night under the crazy circumstances. Trevor then said, "Baby, tomorrow I am going to Giyani overnight to see the folks because I had alluded to Mbali's pregnancy and I need to explain myself to them face to face."
"Oh ok, that is totally understandable love," said Madifako. She could not imagine her luck because it meant that she will have his house all to herself to deal properly with Maggy without worrying about him popping up...the night ended well (drama-free).

Trevor got on the road to Giyani very early in the morning leaving Madifako still snoozing. She was woken up by a call from Magwaza..."Hello."
"Wake up Bev-Ntho-Tse-Monate change of plans, I have to skin a chicken in Seshego later today so I need that brief of yours now before I leave town. See you in 30 minutes." Magwaza hung-up before Madifako could even understand what he was saying about a chicken which could mean anything where Magwaza was concerned. She took a quick shower and rushed out to Magwaza's place. The memories of her gangster life came rushing back as she walked into his house to find him sharpening a knife.
"Ahhh Bev-Ma-Baby, mother of my children what trouble have you found yourself in this time?"
"I have a woman threatening the prospects of my getting married Magwaza."
"Oh Trevie-Boy has finally decided to come to the party?"
"Forget about that I have someone threatening my happiness and I need you to do something about it. We have an appointment tonight at Trevor's place and here's the key to the place. You are going to pretend to be Trevor and when she gets to the house you do whatever you want with her."
"Whatever you said...Are you sure? Christmas came early this year."
